Getting ready for a new season...

We are starting to think about shave ice and getting geared up for a new season.  Sherrad often asks, "When can we set up shave ice again?"

"Soon.  We're planning on opening up in May."

We decided to make shirts for the kids to wear.

On our average day we have 5 or so customers.  Which means that we have hours and hours with no one wanting shave ice.  So, if you drive by and there is no one in the stand, that's because no one wants to sit there for hours at a time.  But, we are watching and when we see someone who looks interested Virginia goes out immediately.  If you want shave ice and we are all set up, stop and someone will be there to assist you immediately
