We were going to name the "Barn Door" "The Petersburg Mountain" until we decided to go with a fish theme. 

Around the Shave Ice portion we wrote YUM!! in English, (of course) Norwegian, Tklinket, and Hawaiian.   

Ice cream is surprisingly good, especially with Orange Dreamsicle and Root Beer. 

Ice cap is sweetened and condensed milk.  For many, once you experience it, you can never go without again.
